Default First ice fishing trip of the year!

Took my girlriend icefishing for her first time tonight and for the hour that we went before dark we pulled in a big mess of bluegill. Best part was convincing her that 8 inches of ice was plenty safe enough to walk on! Anybody else slaying the fish?

We've been dominated the 'gills all over NE Indiana for a few weeks now. Haven't had any flags on our tipups yet...but we've kept busy reeling in decent slabbers. Mostly been on Loon, Allen, and Hamilton. Might target crappies at Robinson this weekend..but not real sure yet. Been wanting to hit up Big Chapman..haven't yet though.
