Went to Tenoroc today.I heard specks {Crappie} were biting .I bought a 1/4 pound of minners and spent 4 hours drifting 3 rods in my hot places ..

Total fish caught... 1 bass 1lb and 1/2
6 specks to small to keep.

Still too early .

Keep trying they will be coming around soon I think.

i am catching the other specks (trout)right now and that is fun but just a few more weeks and a few more cool snaps they will be there

Got that right.Until then, we probably need to stay in those deer stands with bow in hand.
