Monie,i live just up the road from ya in Logansport. Are you planning on fishing from a boat or off the bank?
If you are going to fish from shore, i would head up to mich city any time next week up until the end of the month. It's a much easier and quicker drive, plus there is much more room to fish. Kings should start coming in any time and i caught one last year off the pier around the 20th of September. I fish late night/early morning up there with glo spoons/KO Wobbelrs/ and little cleos. Usually in glo blue and glo green. Make sure you have a long handled net. If you need more info let me know. Last year was my first time trying it from the bank and i had a lot of fun even though i only got one fish. I did see quite a few others caught.
