2006 Winter Fishing Tournament

Alright guys finally this thing is happening. Our official starting date is Friday, September 1st, 2006. Just to let you know this is the Tournament Contestant Roster and Standings thread. Please do not post pictures or scoring updates on this thread. What does need to be replied to on this thread is your entry. So hurry up and send me a post on this thread if you would like to enter the tournament. There will be a maximum of 40 spots for contestants. Please adhere to all rules posted below with honesty.

2006 Winter Fishing Tournament Rules:
1. The tournament is based on an honor system, so each contestant must be honest with all pictures and fish records. Besides, the only reason this tournament exists, is for pure enjoyment of fishing and competition.
2. For your fish to be eligible for tournament points, you must provide a picture of at least one fishing outing with yourself and the fish in the picture. For your fish to be eligible for the Best Fish of The Tournament Award, you must take a picture of the fish clearly next to legal ruler for verification. All tournament points are based on length, not weight. This is because with a scale, it is difficult to determine clear readings and such. Plus the length system is fool proof so just go with it and have fun. Once you provide the picture of at least one outing, post a message on the 2006 Winter Fishing Tournament Records thread with total inches (not feet and inches, just inches) for that outing. Your scores will not be recorded without your first picture of proof, so be sure and bring your camera.
3. All fish caught must be caught in a legal rod & reel manner, obviously under your state/province's fish & game laws. The following species of freshwater fish will be allowed for entry in tournament records:LM Bass, SM Bass, Crappie, Pike/Muskie, Walleye/Sauger, Panfish, Trout/Salmon, Catfish, Gar. The Panfish category includes all Flier, Bluegill, Bream, Perch, Pumpkinseed, Warmmouth Bass, Red-Eared Sunfish, Red-Breasted Sunfish, Spotted Sunfish, and Green Sunfish. The Crappie category includes all White and Black Crappie. The Trout/Salmon category includes all Cutthroat, Rainbow, Golden, Brown, Bull, Brook, Lake, Steelhead, Whitefish, Char, Grayling, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Chum Salmon, and King Salmon. The Catfish category includes all Blue, Channel, Yellow, Flathead, White, and Bullhead. The Gar category includes all Alligator, Spotted, Shortnose, and Longnose.
