Default Charter boat recommendation for bluefish/stripers in MA/NJ

Anyone have any recommendations?

I have a group of 3-4 guys that want to go from work, we are looking to pay $150 each or less for the actual fishing. Do any of you have a recommendations on charters that have excellent fishing? Any other things I should be considering? I am new to this and have never been.

Thanks!!

Rick, Cape May is probably too far for you guys bu tthe Atom Bomb is the about the best there is for stripers. You might want to ask thisquestion on www.bassbarn.com also, that is primarily a stripersite with great message boards.

Up north like Raitain Bay, Capt. Scotti is a good choice. If you google him out of staten island, NY, you can get his number. Also the party boats have been doing REALLY well out of the Atlantic highlands. Fish with Capt. Ron of the fisherman. Yesterday they had fish mostly in the 20-40lb class. The blue fish are everywhere. You can catch them from the beach. I was up there last friday and the schools of bunker were only 50 yards off the beach with mostly blues and some bass under them. good luck or pm me if you need more info
