I was outfished!

Went Bluegill fishing with my 8 year old boy last Saturday. We can keep 25 each, or 50 total. I helped him take off a few, but overall he held his own. Hard to believe, just 2 summers ago he could hardly cast. What a great feeling. We limited out in about2 hours. It was a great day of fishing, with all the keepers being nice thick males.

very nice fish and i love that hat it reminds me of myself a few years ago whne me and my dad went bream fishin and caught i ton i will never forget it and i doubt he will either

It is sure great to see someone taking a child fishing and to be able to catch a nice group of fish is even better.

Yeah, take all the time you can with your son now because before you know he will be asking for the keys to your car and wont have time for fishing... Good job...
