Went fishing today, but never got to the lake. NO thanks to...
we are having some wildfires right now, and I got to the state road that takes me to my favorite fishing hole. it was closed and a huge cloud of smoke coming up outta the ponderosa pines maybe a couple miles down the road and they had their wildfire command center setup in the middle of the road. I asked a forest ranger where exactly the fire was how it was effecting the lake turns out the fire is 3 miles south of the lake and the helicopters are dippin their buckets in the lake. No tellin how long it will be before I get in there and catch some fish, im missing out on the bass the spawn is in full swing and I finally got some time to go fishing. now because some DA hippy out there hikin threw his lit cigarette butt on the ground, I cant get to my fishing hole. now im not sure how the dip buckets will effect the fishing....... im seriously bummed thanks for letting me vent guys.
