HNI Tourney Question

When I compete in tournaments around my home, will I be able use them on the HNI tourney?

Any bass you have caught in the time period ...that you have a photo of is ok to use.

Also remember fellows. YOu can post as many bass pictures as you want and any size. I still have a few pictures left on my roll ..then I will post 1 or 2. My digital has gotten flakey.
