Here is the fish Igot on Sunday. Went looking for smallertrout and this is what I ended up with. Had my 5wt fly rod and 3lb test tipet so the fight was long. I would have to say he is around 6 or 7 lbs???, but not sure.

Nice day I think it got up to 45 and was warm in the sun.

well thats number 2 for the year but who is counting.

awesome coloration on that fish...congrate...nice pics too.....thats one thing that i could fish for but yet have.....it would be a little drive for me...but fish like that would make it worth it....congrats!!

mauser, I think there is good steel headfishing in Penn. I know a guy who fishes a river the goes right through Phily, I saw some picsof him with some big pigs.Make the trip, lots of fun.
