I don't know about where you're located, but I know a few places where I fish got some stockings already. Devils Backbone (Antietam Creek) in Washington county has some fish stocked in it. MD has stocked alot of palaminos this year to go along with the 'bows. Went out last Saturday and caught some stockies.

I loved fishing devils backbone and beaver creek. I know devil's backbone had no closings. You could go at any time of the year and catch trout if you went below the road bridge and worked your way down below beaver creek.

Josh is correct. The Backbone has no closures below the bridge. I was fly fishing when I caught my 2 on Sat. Went yesterday and didn't catch any, but my friend caught about 5. I could see the fish and get them to chase, but couldn't get them to take my fly.
