savage model 14

I got this gun in .243 a good looking gun but savage says it should have a accu trigger and a box mag mine does not have these. what do you think of this gun

Depends on what year your firearm was made. Up until the end of 2003 the 14/114 did not have the accurtigger. Production stopped for a year while the equipment was retooled and the new 14/114 with the accutrigger reappeared for 2005.
