First Shotgun - 870 exp, Daly SEmi-auto or Mossberg 500 best

Am unsure about which gun to get for ducks and upland birds.
Thinking 12 guage Remington 870 exp or Daly semi-automatic. Any suggestions?

I have both ,buy the 870 express.
Both work but the 870 will work in any conditions. Clean ,dirty,rain ,mud , snow and even if just used as a canoe pattle.
The Charles Daly I have works but you have to keep it clean for 100 percent functioning.
The 870 has lots of after market asseries avable for it ,the CD dosn't.
Extra barrels are easy to get for the 870 at every gun shop ,extra barrels for the CD are only form the Importer.

I like my 870 express; very versatile and reliable. I wish it weighed a little less, and had a shorter barrel. If you intend to use it in brushy areas I suggest the shortest legal barrel you can find.
