Sims Vibration Recoil pads for firearms

Does anyone own one of these recoil pads and are they as good as advertised? I just ordered one and would like some input.

I had one on a Remington 870 Super Mag (the Remington branded R3 pad, which is identical to the Simms unit and made by Simms), and it worked really well. Still kicked like a mule with heavy 3" and 3 1/2" loads, but it took a lot of the sharpness out of it.

It's a good pad for sure.
