The Ruger Model 77 is a fine rifle.I have my share of them and have all proved to be great rifles.I perfer the "All Weathers"My only complaint on the M-77's is the triggers need to be lightened.Once you have it lightened you'll have a great hunting rifle. Most of mine have been lightened to 3-3.5# which made a big improvement. You won't go wrong getting a Ruger. If there is a problem with any Ruger they'll make it right. They have one of the best customer & service depts in the gun industry
