Default RE: grain size & Mfg. 454 shells?

I haven't reloaded for my Casull yet. All I've fired in it has been Winchester 250 grain. They shoot well.I've only fired a couple boxes through it. Mine is a Ruger SRH with a 9 1/2"bbl and Pachmyers.
