Im saving for a Beretta Silver pigeon 2 12g 28" oil finish. Being a working Stiff I dont have money to waste/blow. Ive seen some OUTRAGEOS pricing and some ok pricing on this gun.
What is the smart way to shop without over paying. Availability is an issue and i think gunshops that have them are sticking with high pricing.

While the Silver Pigeon is a good gun, I would'nt consider it an "high end" model. Etchen's probably the largest dealer of Beretta scatterguns in the US and has some decent prices and alot to choose from, they are good people. Try BERETTA SHOTGUNS

Keep your eyes open on the papers. And as morbid and mean as it may sound, alot of folks are dieing these days. I have found some great deals on high end guns because the widow of a shooter doesn't wan't the guns around anymore. They don't know what there worth, and while I won't totaly bugger them out of what they are worth, I still am not willing to pay going rate for these guns. I know, I know, I'm a BAAAAADDDD man.
