I' m looking for any information someone may have about the Remington Woodmaster 742 chambered in 30-06. If anyone has information about time frame these were produced and sold by Remington as well as a value it would be greatly appreciated. I know someone selling one equipped with a Simmons 4-12X scope. If interested, contact me at my email address.
The 742 was produced 1960 to 1980 and run from $100 to $320 for one in excellent condition . The BDL model will run about $25 higher . the 308 and the 30-06 bring maybe 10% more . This is just out of a value book .
