Default Best aftermarket Recoil Pad?

Looking at upgrading the stock pad on my Browning A-Bolt Synthetic. Pachmayr and Sims Limbsaver are some of the ones I'm looking at.

I want a pre-fit pad..nothing slip on.

What are the best pads out there..is there a noticeable difference in felt recoil..is it worth $40?

Thanks

I've not had to use their customer service so I can't comment on that, but I love the Limbsaver products I've used, and highly recommend them.

Pachmayr, Limbsaver and Kick-Eze. All will do the trick.

Independent testing has proven the Kickezz most effective at reducing felt recoil.I have them on 2 rifles and my 12g.I can shoot slugs or any hefty loads comfortably.

I just installed a grind-to-fit Kick-Eze on a Ruger #1 in 300 WM. I'm inclined to like it more than the Limbsaver. It ground well, didn't sluff off or chip, and looks pretty darn good IMO.

Thanks for the thoughts-I had not heard of the Kickeez pads before. Just for ease I think I'm going to opt for the Limbsaver which have pre-made pads for my Browning.

I use Limbsaver for that reason.
