Default New Stock for my Remington 700
I am sorry for asking such a stupid question but......I want to buy a composite stock for my rifle so I can keep the wood stock in cherry condition. So, how do I know if its a long action or short action rifle?
It is a Remington 700 30.06 BDL Custom Deluxe.

They did have some composite "Take offs" on www.gunsamerica.com .You might want to look there.

go to stockysstocks.com . I've gotten two stocks from them and they need very little work to finish them.
Mine were thumbhole laminated @ 99.99 can't beat the deal.
