I have one in 300WSM. It's a very good weapon...better than the A-Bolt IMO. User adjusted trigger. Short bolt lift so no scope eyepiece clearance issues. Detachable polymer mag (some folks don't like that but it's quiet, durable and quite suitable IMO). Some folks don't like how it looks but I do. Mine has a rather thin barrel so it heats up quickly on the range. Let it cool between strings.

I got an XBolt hunter in 7mm Rem Mag this year. love it so far. haven't killed anything w/ it yet, but in due time.
Can't complain about the gun and I think it is a very good looking weapon IMO.
looked at alot of rifles and that was my final choice.
my brother in law picked up a stainless in .270 wsm last year... loves his as well.

Picked up a 243 x bolt hunter today... very well balanced... lot of ingenuity for only 750 smackers... plus I liked the a bolt and this is supposed to be better...

I wanted a light gun to carry as my 22-250 is HEAVY with the bull barrel and bi-pod... its just to much to carry... its truly a bench gun if ive ever seen one but a tack driver.

Haven't shot the 243 yet but looking forward to it. Goin to serve as a deer/varmint light weight...
