top of the line. I don't own one yet, but I will soon. The only problem I have is the "magazine safety" or whatever it is called... it won't fire unless the mag. is in. Which mean if you lose a clip and just have a handful of bullets, you are screwed.

I just read in G&A that you can send the older ones back to ruger and they will install a new trigger, ambidextrous mag release and send it back with a new mag. I think there are some other things they will do but I can't remember them all ..

Some of the early ones had some issues, barrel peening and something else that I forget. But the weapon has a very nice feel to it and shoots good. Ruger is a great company that stands behind their products and have fixed the few early bugs with them and will continue to do so if any other come up I am sure. I would like to have one myself.

From what I can understand is they are having some problems with it right now but I seen it too and once they get it all figured out it should be stout.
