Default Just picked up a G23

Well fellas, I woke up this morning and decided to buy a Glock. I've been wanting one for quite a while but just decided today was the day I bought it. This is my first handgun.

Won't get to shoot it today. I'll be out scouting that big buck I saw the other day. Hopefully I'll get to send an arrow though him this season.

Great choice. The 23 has been my favorite carry for many moons. Good luck.

For a first handgun, you sure know how to pick 'em.
If the grip fits you, and you like the trigger, it will serve you well for a long time.

I have a G21 in 45 and love it. Can't make it choke on anything.
There is a second glock in my future, and the one you chose is in the lead for my choice too.

I had a friend call me yesterday for a recommendation for a new handgun to carry in his vehicle, and I suggested a G19 or G23. I still regret it, but I sold my G23 to my brother and wish I had it back. I still have a first generation G17 that is my "beater" gun and lives in the front basket of my ATV, but to me, the G19/23 is the perfect size for an all purpose carry gun.
