Honestly, it would be easier to just open it with a fingerprint. Probably not much faster than I can get into mine with practice, but still easier, and there is no code for someone to hack or get ahold of. Your finger is it.
I like the idea fo the biometric onetoo. No way I would ever want that feature in a holster, but it's great for a safe. If a gun is on my person, it's
my job to keep it secure. The safe is there to keep others from getting the gun when I'm not around.
I'm happy with thevaults I have, but the trick really is repetition.
Pick one code for all your vaults, and
use it often.
If you care to keep a long gun for defense, this is a great way to go.
It mounts between studs in any wall, and installs in about 20 minutes.
