Default Need Rem. M81 info.

I have a rem. m81 woodsmaster in 35 rem and was wondering if anybody could help me find a blown up parts schematic or any other info tohelp in disassembly-reassembly. I would guess that info on the model 8 and model 81 would be about the same. The gun hasn't been made in so many years that information seems hard to find. I would greatly appreciate any help.

You might try Numrich Arms at www.e-gunparts.com They usually have most everything.

[*]Remington Model 8 and 81 Autoloading Rifles. Bob Creamer Send Email - creamer10@comcast.com

I have a model 8 and to take down remove front hand guard and you will see a lever. That lever will remove barrel from reciever. Also the bolt handle is removed by pulling out and depressing pin in middle. You can then slide the bolt assembly out.

Buy the above book it is worth having especially if you own one.
