Yes,I would say so. Not my choice for SW Montana or Idaho where you see game at artillery range, but otherwise, good. Look at it like this. Bull bison, which is thick skinned, reach 1600-2000 pounds. (Some more.) More afoot there than a brownie or grizzly. And it kills them. Always has. Always will.
