Whats the difference in Ratchet Rifling and Regular Rifling ?

And is it any better ?

Its the same concept as Obermeyer or Remington 5R rifling. The trailing edge of the rifling is radiused or angled instead of cut as a sharp groove in order to greatly reduce fouling and also cause less distortion of the bullet itself.
