Benelli Nova or Remington 870 Super Magnum?

Hey Ya'll

I am going to buy a new shotgun for dove, duck and turkey and was wondering if you guys would recommend one or the other and why. I am leaning towards the Benelli because my Whole Family has remingtons and i have a 20ga. in 870. Also the pump world record was broken with a Benelli Nova! Please Help??????????"??

Remington. and do you want the 3 1/2" or just the 3". the 3 inch will be more then adaquate for the game listed. remingtons are better crafted in my opinion and the price tag benellis carry arent worth it. i have had nothing but trouble with them while only having one problem with a remington. so happens that the follower in the mag tube was installed backwords causing a jam that took about 1 min to fix. it was a used 20ga that i got for 200$. i would go with the remington hands down.

I'd go with whatever gun fits you the best. There is a better aftermarket for the 870 if you ever want to make it into a slug gun, riot gun, etc..

I have 3 remington shot guns and two remington rifles... I have no complaints!!! They all shoot great...

Benelli hands down. Remington's quality has really dropped the last few years. Idon't even shoot remington ammo any more. Good luck on your choice.
