Default Benelli Nova

I've never really heard anything bad about this particular shotgun (except maybe that the forearm rattles a bit too much). For the Nova owners, how do you like yours?

I love MIne and you can tighten the forarm so the rattle will almost disappear. It has honestly been the most impressive gun i have ever seen for reliablity it looks almost like new after 4 years or more of abuse and tons of rounds through it....I have a few buddies that feel the same way too.

I love mine the only thing I would change about mine is I wish I have gotten it in camo. otherwise it is a fine firearm. smooth and reliable action. true it is made from a polymer plastic and the stock and receiver are one piece with aluminum inserts in the receiver all the working parts are metalic.

Mine has been fired exactly twice - I put the mecury recoil reducer in it and wanted to see how it felt. I don't know why, but if I'm going shotgun hunting I always take the 870 my Dad bought in 1955 (used). I'll probably sell the Nova.

I love my Nova, if I had to do it over again I would still buy the Nova. It is probably the most weather resistant gun you are going to get , and it has more features than the 870. I took the rattle out of mine and it doesn't bother me anymore.

Hey all- This is my first post on here, but I too have a Nova and love its durability, easiness to take down and clean, but how did you get that rattle out of there? Thanks!

There are two allen screws one on each side of the forend. Just tighten them down and most of the rattle will go away.
