Ugly arse gun, get the glock and add $100 bux and get you a Burris Tactlight to go with it. you end up spending the same $$ for a better looking/functioning gun. Jush my opinion

Well I have the exact opposite opinion of the XD and Glock.

I wouldn't own a Glock if you gave it to me. The grip is way way too big and I aint no little guy either. It points like crap for me and IMO it is the ugly duckling of the handgun world.

I'm not sure where the same ammount of money comes from but Glocks go for $550+ easily new and then add a hundred bucks for a light????????

Bought an XD9 Service Model about a year ago and it has performed flawlessly. Shot both Glock and the XD at my local range before buying the XD due mainly to the better grip (not to mention the cheaper price). The XD also has steel sights instead of plastic and I also like the stainless steel XD mags. The Glocks have a better finish on them. There have been some issues with rust and the XD, but I've had no problems. There's a wealth of information about the XD at XD Talk. A lot of guys own both. The XD comes with a lifetime warranty - don't think the Glock does.

After my year with the XD, wouldn't even consider a Glock if I bought another handgun. Be either a sub-compact XD 9mm or .40 or an XD in .45 gap.

wow yall pay to much for guns, drive down here and save a ton. Glocks in Beaumont Tx go for 419 + $50 off, then the tac-lite is $290 plus tax so total = 659.00 yea i was off on the $100 tho =)

NEwho i looked ant the XD is 429.99 + 50 off =) nice price. The one gander had didnt look to bad. I saw one at a gun shot about a year ago and it was big and blocky and ugly, i change my opinion and the one i saw (midsize) looked alright.

You need a new gun!

That wasn't too terribly hard.
