Default How About Posting Our Own Pic for Avatar?

it would be neat if we could post a small pic to be used as a custom avatar.Its that way on some other forums and seems to work well.

I actualy got all ready to do this the other day and was really disapointed when I couldn' t.

I have noticed that the Mods can though!
