There does not seem to be any of the division, infighting and separation here that is so prevalent in so many other MZ forums.

Why fix something that isn't broke.

Why,because they are two different types of weapons.The technics are similar but the applications are different.As an example,the types of powders and size of the charges used,the primers,the projectiles,ect.
So,I say to you,Why not???????

Read my first post - it isn't broke - why fix it then. Everything you want exists now - except for the division some seek for whatever reason.
