Default What percent disibility considered disabled vet?

I tore my ACL in the military during the Gulf War and was given a 30% disibility rating by the military. Where is there info about disabled veterans fees for California (i.e. what disability percentage and amount of fees for a hunting license) to be eligible for discounted hunting license? Thanks to all replies!!!
