Any Bowhunters Who Are Combat Veterans?

Looking to talk with Korean or Viet-Nam era veterans or children of such.
Where i am coming from = I grew up in a family of "War Heroes",, and Man o Man ,, they only wanted to hunt for Bald Eagles + $$.. Trying to get any input from others who grew up in this type of family. Thank you in advance.

I am a Viet Nam vet but cant bow hunt due to my disabilitys unless I get a crossbow and I cant afford that.
