Default Batteries for Trophy Shot scopecam?

I need new batteries for my Trophy Shot scopecam!
Getting desperate because I can’t hunt without it.
The distributor (Wildlife Optics) doesn’t answer the phone or return my calls.
Any suggestions?

How did you find these? What is the manufacturer's name? I would love to be able to buy some more because they do not last for long. I do not know what happens to them but all of a sudden the camera will start flashing its screen and the battery no longer works. I tried to drain one all the way down to see if it had that kind of problem but it went on for five days flashing so you know there is a charge in the battery. I wish they would make an adapter so you could use an external source instead of their battery.

I caught up with wildlife optics once last year and did end up getting a battery but it has died already. Very frustrating when you are disabled and actually depend on this device. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Where and what do you hunt?

I bought the batteries from Wildlife Optics, but it took persistence as well as many emails and phone calls. When I finally got a response, I ordered 4 to (hopefully) last a few seasons.

I’ve also had problems with the batteries quickly losing the ability to hold a charge.
And even new ones deplete rapidly in cold weather, but placing a chemical handwarmer pack over the battery helps it last longer.

Info printed on the battery helped me find the actual equipment mfr. Go to mat-co.com and click on Wildview Camera Recorder. The site sells the scopecam (at a lower price than Wildlife Optics) but doesn’t offer spare batteries. They never answered my emails; I didn’t try calling because I live outside the USA.

The scopecam is a great product...too bad the batteries and customer service are so problematic.
