new mexico hunting info

hello

i just recieved my new mexico mobility impaired card. i am really
wanting to go elk or antelope hunting next year
not sure where to start
i think this card will help improve my drawing odds, but i am not
really sure what all goes with it?

if anyone has any information that might help me out
