help with off set scope

I am trying to help a old friend, his left wrist is fused preventing him from shooting left handed, is blind in his right eye, we are tring to figure out a way to offset a scope to the left about 1-1/2" so he can shot his M77 30-06 using is left eye any sugestions would be welcomed.

Contact this gunsmith,he used to make "off-set" bases for scopes. Good luck...
