I've got severe back problems and I was thinking about getting one of these chairs.

I used a pack frame for my gear and rigged a board to put on my broken foot so I could climb the tree stand just be careful and don't drop the board I had 2 cleats on the bottom of the board to lock on the steps I would chug back to the swamp put the board on my boot and up the tree what was neat I had a couple of fawns that I could get within 10 feet of on the crutches they never figured out what the devil I was.

I always put 2 or 3 trashbags over my cast with rubber bands holding them on if I was gonna hunt on the ground.

im guessin since your askin, that you dont have a blind...
ya might think its a lil whack, but ya can use your truck fer a blind...
the deer have walked right up to my truck, i rolled down the window and talked spanish to it, and it stayed and listened until i said something in english,( to my buddy) like, "can you believe this dude"(deer), and then it bolted...
bottom line,
#1. they will disregard the truck if they cant see you in it...
#2. talk spanish to them if they see you and they will hang around a lil longer
