Default Apex tripod tree stand

Has anyone of you used one of these stands?

My wife is physically challenged and needs a swivel seat with arm rests and a bar on it to hold up her crossbow. She would be hunting from a ground blind. I was thinking thischair might work if I can cut off the legs and use the footrestto set the chair on the ground. Looks ideal but is it?

Does anyone have other ideas I can kick around? We are in no hurry for this year's hunting but want to look at all options. A lawn chair isn't good for her. Maybe a boat seat that swivels? Attach arms somehow? Whatever, if she can use it, I'll get it to the woods for her! She doesn't want to give up hunting.

I'm open to ideas.

Thanks in advance!
