Default Ten Point arrows

Bought a new package of Ten Point Pro Elite arrows for my Venom & they fly different than my other ones. They're the exact same arrow - 20" length, 22/64 diameter, 425 weight, etc. What gives, is this common?

Both dia. are 22/64 & the vanes look identical from what I can see. Not sure why they're flying different but it sucks. I either have to discard my old arrows (still have 4 left) or resight w/ the new ones once I use up my old ones (prob. what I'll do)...
