Default Sight Question

I was wandering if they made a scope, or something similar, that has a series of dots, instead of crosshairs/reticles? I know there are red dot scopes, but to my knowledge they only have one dot. I just want to know if there is one out there with multiple dots that are adjustable for yardage? Thanks for your time.

TruGlo makes a reflex sight esp for bows with multiple dots and 3 options for spacing. But, like most but the very expensive red dots used by military, there is no magnification.
