Default Crossbow Question Help

I'm interested in buying a new crossbow I own a 3-4 year old crossbow now the Ten Point QX-4 and it is way to heavy bought it when the crossbow frenzy was still going on few year's back and it is very accurate just way to heavy I'm debating between the Ten Point CLS or the Excalibur Equinox or Vortex but my main concern is I hunt froma treestand 99.99% of the time and I need something that is accurate and light and durable both look great I'm leaning towards the Excalibur becuase of the light weight but I'm concerned that the Traditional Recurve Limbs are going to be a bit long for treestand use I hunt out of a Summit Viper any advice would be great thanks.

Hi, I just started getting into CB's the last few years but I've owned both a compound and now a Vortex. I too hunt in a treestand part of the time. I don't know the specs right off hand but my Horton Realtree HD175 was a few inches narrower than the Vortex, but I personally wouldn't trade my Vortex for any compound given my current situation. With the Vortex I have minmal maintenance, virtually no tuning, and can do my own maint. without having to invest in a bow press or shop time. Don't get me wrong there are some badazz coumpounds. I just like the simple, yet high quality, and Excals. Not to mention they are scary accurate.
