Best and lightest crossbow
Looking to upgrade my Xbow this year and I am looking for a light, compact (short limb to limb) bow.
I have a excalibur equinox and a ibex. I would say that the ibex would fit what your looking for, its light, durable and solid, however its limb to limb isn't the shortest.
Strykezone 380 and its narrow for treestand hunting.
Horton TEAM REALTREE ULTRALIGHT . nothing more compact and lightweight.
Parker Enforcer
Its the best one I ever shot, lifetime warranty, Awsum accuracy
Good Luck choosing, Stan |
I have a Excalibur Phoenix it weighs about 4 lbs with the scope. The limbs are about 35 inches. Shoots between 280 and 300 depending on arrows and broad head. Easy maintenance and string changes.
I too have an excalibur pheonix and absolutely love the accuracy and simplicity of the bow. I tried 10 pt and they make a fine piece of equipment but its like carrying a cinder block on your back.
After struggling with my compound and a press for the better part of an hour just to remove and reinstall the string after re-serving it, I'm appreciating my recurves much more. I can change their sting out in less than 2 minutes (no kidding) using nothing more than a Stringer.
Short limbs and light is great, being able to service it easily-by yourself, without a press-priceless. Just sayin'... |
TenPoint Phantom or Carbon Fusion

Yep going with the Excal phoenix
