Default Best $23 dollars ever spent!!!

Well after a long weekend which gave me a good chance to research why I could not get a tight group with my borrowed PSE Copperhead.
After hours of reading past posts here and watching every video on Excaliburs site, which by the way is very good, it finally dawned on me I was pulling the nock location off center while hand loading.I went to the local archery shop and purchased a string ****ing device for $23 dollars.
First group of four arrows were all touching! I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off me!
So I would like to thank everyone here for all the great information posted and Excalibur for all the great videos, it has made me look at Xbow shooting much clearer now.
THANK YOU, dkight

Good for you, nice when things come together.
I used to ASSUME that a ****er rope was being used, when attempting to assist with accuracy issues, for fear of offending folks by asking. No longer. Hand-****ing is one of the primary reasons for poor consistency; low FOC is next.

when i had my copper head I would pull it back and then eye ball the serving which was equal distance from each side.

consistency = better shots.

i never liked the ****in ropes so always did it by hand

A better method is to mark the serving [at rest] w/ white out. Not all servings are centered close enough for your method to work, while the whiteout is 100%.
