Default 1st crossbow purchase

I am going to enter the world of crossbow hunting and, due to budgetary concerns, it looks like I will be limited to one of these choices:

Horton Summit HD 150

Eastman X Force DX300

PSE Sidewinder

Barnett Wildcat C5

I would appreciate any advice to help in my choice.

Thanks!

Horton Summit. That bow has been around or ever and works well.

The Eastman is made by Darton if that helps you decide.

the best advise i can give you is to shoot them all before you decide, even if you have to drive far to try one out. they all vary in the way they shoot,draw,feel/holding while aiming,etc...
