1st off, here's a 'bolt', they don't use fletch. I use an AZ-EZ to fletch arrows, rt hand helical on the advice of Danny Miller, USA warranty rep for Excal.
You want the one for alums, the carbon model is for smaller diameter than xbows use [22/64ths]
Ok......I guess I'm slow....bare with me. So I should use the ez-fletcher designed for aluminum arrows, use right helical vanes, and not worry that my crossbow "arrows" have flat knocks? Anyone have a pic of the spacer mentioned?

You got it! You can use a short piece of anything like a pencil eraser or piece of arrow or nothing. The more you put into the hole where the arrow goes the further back your fletchings go. Or you could do like me an add nothing. You will have to experiment with the tool to see what you like unless you know where you want them already.
The rear edge of my fletchings end up about 1 1/4" from the rear nock. I prefer them there because the fletchings push up against the scope bridge too much for my liking if I go further back. No big deal especially if you don't use Blazers or Fusions which are much stiffer and taller than other fletchings.

I just drop my shafts in mine w/ nock in place. The AZ-EZ has an indexing piece for regular nocks on vert bows arrows, I did some of those for a friend and it was a real pita to align it w/ c0ck vane.
Danny advised me to get the rh helical, but have read of others happy w/ their AZ choices too.
Glad to see you traded those 'bolts' in for arrows, lol. I like posting that pic as it amazes me what they look like. Talk about FOC, lol.
