Default Excalibur arived Sat. kill buck Mon.

It just can't get any better than this. Got my Excalibur Phoenix form Wyvern on Satruday, first crossbow, dialed in scope, shot it 20 or 30 times and man is it sweet, loud but sweet. 25 yards 1" pattern, I let them walk past 25 yards anyway.

Got it in the stand after work Monday. It would have been to dark to for me to shoot with peep sight on my compound, (my eyes are over 50 years old LOL) but with the scope I could see all I needed to.

Pass through, bolt 4" in the ground. Went home got something to eat and went back with a friend 1 1/2 hr. later. He made it 60 yards tops. Not a big 8 but I can't eat horns anyway.

Happy Happy
