Default 1st. Crossbow Buck

Went out opening day this past Saturday and shot a doe at 7:00am (20 yard shot). I spent 4 hours trying to recover the deer and never could find her. The blood trail just stopped after about 30 yards. I felt so bad not only for the wasted deer but also that my new Parker Buck Buster did not put her down.

I had this afternoon free so I went back out to try again. As soon as I got out of my car I saw a 6 pointer 30 yards away. I got out and loaded my crossbow, put the cross hairs on him and slammed him right to the ground . Sure am loving my new crossbow now!

Congrats on the buck... But I doubt the doe was the Xbows fault...

Good broadhead in in the right spot will put em down every time...

Just curious... What kind of mechanical head are you using

My season has been in for two weeks now. I have been busy then got sick. I will be going out into the woods tomorrow. Hope to see something and get lucky.
