crossbow hunting and shooting forums.

just wondering what other crossbow forums you guys goto that you think are good? Ive been to excaliber, seems pretty good but also it seems slanted pretty hard towards excaliber bows. Anywhere else have alot of posts and activity?

Kinda tough to go to a manufacturers own forum and not have it slanted towards that manufacturer. Archery talk is pretty good, so is Crossbow Nation. There are a few other generaly hunting forums wiht crossbow sections, but these are the most active

it makes sense their forum would be mostly excaliber people.....dont get me wrong it had some good generic stuff too was just looking for some more general crossbow forums, thanks for the input

scottycoyote, I also agree with these 2 forums; however I do believe crossbow nation is about the best with people from all over!! I can also recommend a fairly new ALL crossbow forum in NJ, where I am also a Mod. We are looking for more members and are hoping things will pick up once the hunting season gets underway.

I go on 2 NJ hunting forums as well, but as far as crossbows are concerned, pretty hard to say all that much without the constant BS. One would "think" that since full inclusion of crossbows has been approved, starting this Fall, those against would just say the heck out of the crossbow forums, if they have nothing positive to contribute. On NJH, good threads and posts get deleted because most of the Mods (or Wardens as they like to call themselves) are UBNJ Reps with their biased agenda. Pretty sad, IMHO.
