Default What's for dinner.....

Our rifle season starts next Sat. I'll be feeding a group of 8 the first night. Smoked country ribs in BB sauce, baked potatoes, coleslaw, garlic Texas toast.
Dessert still up in the air, leaning toward apple crisp or key lime pie. Any other ideas from cooks of grateful eaters?

The ribs went over well, 6 guys put away most of 1o lbs!
Had a non-hunter guest chef the second night so I could huntroduced a done-to-perfection Prime Rib, Salad and gussied up Wild Rice. A really hearty chili for lunch.
Clearly this camp isn't all about hunting.
