Default Rail grease and couple of other questions

What can you use for rail grease that is inexpensive and works? Also my bolt rest does not hold the bold, any tricks on what to use to securely hold the bolt? Thanks in advance for your help.

coyote170 has told you right. jig-aloo is in auto dept at mall-mart, $5. the spring clip holding arrow down. can be taken loose and bent again, be careful of how much you bent it or the amount of force will increase beyond whats needed and cause wear trouble

Jig A Loo apparently has Teflon in it. It goes on wet but dries in no time to form a clear non sticky film. Not only is it slick and doesn't attract dirt, which tends to wear the string, etc. but forms a film that prevents rust on the screws and other ferrous metal parts. It can even be used to coat the inside of a gun barrel (wipe on with patch) rather than oil. I've noticed that the first shot out of a cold barrel so treated is much closer to subsequent shots.
